2. It's casual yes, but still looks the part with business casual.
3. Um, do you have eyes?  This bag is friggin ah-mazing!

OK, so I will say that I personally would carry this bag Spring, Summer and Fall...Winter for some reason I want to go dark...black, navy or burgundy...not sure why? 

Maybe the best part...the leather is soft and mushy...and will only look better the more you "love" on it!
