Dual Purpose
It will hold a few necessities...can stop traffic...even aid you in hailing a cab!
I know because I recently purchased a neon pink bag...I get complements and comments everywhere I go...and when people comment "Wow that's a bright bag!" I tease back "Yeah, I can hail a cab or stop traffic with it!" funny and true!
